Live Webcast
When someone can’t attend a funeral, we make sure they can still say goodbye.
Live Webcasts allow friends and family to watch from home, work or anywhere else on their computer, smartphone or tablet. We stream reliable, high-quality video from a single fixed camera at the back of the chapel, whilst our team of experts proactively monitor services from our control room.
Up to 150 people can watch a funeral live, or contact us to allow more viewers. Just order from our simple-to-use, secure website with a couple of clicks, and you’ll receive unique login details immediately on the web page and via email.
Live Webcast + 28-day Watch Again + Downloadable
The comfort and convenience to watch again, plus a download to keep forever.
We know that many people who can’t watch live, appreciate the opportunity to watch the service at a more convenient time. As well as the Live Webcast, we'll supply an on-demand recording to watch online for 28 days, plus a free downloadable version to keep forever. Our editors review recordings for quality, trim the service to the right time and add a personalised title.
Videos can be ordered before the funeral, or up to a month after (we record all services just in case). The Watch Again is usually available within two working days, and shortly after we'll email a private Download link.
Visual Tributes
Our Visual Tributes, shown during the funeral, are a beautiful way to remember a loved one. They're very easy to order and we’ll take care of everything. You just supply the family with a secure, unique login and they upload all of their photos and images direct to us.
Visual Tributes range from a single photo to a professionally-edited video of photos, and many families tell us it was their favourite part of the service.
Single Photo
Every funeral should have a photo of the person being remembered, that's why we make it an integral part of our service.
We can include a single photo (also known as a ‘Halo’ photo), shown throughout the service or at a specific time. We provide this for free, although some venues may still charge, so please ask them for details.
Slideshow
A beautifully simple tribute.
Our slideshows typically feature up to 25 photos with simple fades, showing each image on screen for 8-10 seconds.
Slideshows are an incredibly versatile option – they can play on a loop, once at a chosen time, or even multiple times. They can also include more than 25 photos. Music can be played during the Slideshow, although it can’t be perfectly timed (our Pro Tributes include music timed exactly – find out more below).
Music Tribute
Every funeral should have a photo of the person being remembered, that's why we make it an integral part of our service.
Our unique Music Tribute typically includes up to 25 photos and a personalised title, all presented in an elegant, expertly-made video. Each transition is created manually by our editors, and timed to coordinate beautifully with the chosen music – starting and finishing at exactly the right moment.
We also offer the option to include family video footage, extra photos or extra music; as well as a downloadable copy. Just ask our team about all the ways our premium Music Tributes can be enhanced.
We can also provide a Keepsake of the Music Tribute on DVD or USB stick supplied in a personalised case. Find out more about our Keepsakes below.
Family-made
Some families make their own tribute videos because it's more personal, or more economical. We can easily include these in the service.
We're happy to incorporate any kind of pre-made film, including home videos, and our editors double-check all videos for quality. Any music played at the same time will need to be embedded in the video, but we can take care of this if the family would prefer.
What's more, we can also feature videos showing readings or pre-recorded eulogies from friends and family members who are unable to attend, so they can be part of the service.

Keepsakes
A beautiful way to share, remember and revisit a funeral service.
Available on DVD or USB stick, our Keepsakes are recordings of funerals supplied in personalised presentation cases. They can be ordered before the funeral, or up to a month after, and we usually aim to get orders to the chapel within a week.
For those who order a Pro Tribute as part of their service, we can add this video to their Keepsake for free.
Alternatively, if a family requests a Keepsake of the Visual Tribute alone, rather than the service, we offer that too.
